Email twinethos@floatingkey.com. Say which product you use (TwinEthos Lite in an AI assistant, the MCP server with an API key, the explorer or Ask TwinEthos) and, for a problem, what you asked and what happened. Please don't send personal data we don't need.
TwinEthos Lite in Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants
- Setup and the questions to try: TwinEthos in AI assistants.
- Lite is free, needs no sign-in and only reads TwinEthos's own data. Answers are capped and calls are rate limited; over a limit, the assistant is told when to try again.
- If your assistant can't reach TwinEthos, remove the connector and add it again with the address on that page, then email us with the time it failed.

Report an error in a rule
Each rule cites its official source. If a rule, a date or a citation looks wrong, email us the rule's page address from the explorer and what the official text says; we check it against the source and correct the rule.
