Large genAI providers must embed latent provenance disclosure in synthetic media
Covered providers of large (>1M monthly user) generative AI systems must embed a latent, machine-readable disclosure in AI-generated image/video/audio conveying provenance (provider name, system name+version, timestamp, unique identifier), detectable by the provider's own AI detection tool and consistent with widely accepted industry standards (e.g. C2PA). Detect synthetic-media generation paths emitting no latent provenance marking.
